Each day you do a quick 10-minute check-in {the Pygmalion effect} with me {via facetime} where I ask you three questions…

- What are you doing today?
- What’s holding you up?
We also do a small group planning and debrief session {once a month each} which under current circumstances is done via Zoom.
Your priorities {what you need to do next} and progress is tracked via Kanban so you can quickly and easily see what you’re doing is working.
