If you haven’t read Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products you can get it on Kindle via this link
Theses are my action steps from reading it…
What habits does my business model require?
- Consume content
- Create content
- Make offers | run tests
- Get feedback
- Sell stuff
What problem does it solve?
Removes the wasted time trying to figure out who to listen to and what actually works.
How is the problem currently solved?
There is no shortage of online courses teaching you the “how to” of building a Side Hustle.
Why is the new solution needed?
The majority of the courses available fail to mention how many things you need to test to find something that actually works.
What Fifo Troublemakers need is someone that understands their constraints, that can give them constant feedback so they can execute on their ideas and get Traction.
What engagement frequency is required?
Daily
What behaviours do you want to make into a habit?
Working on one aspect of their Side Hustle every day.
The Mamba Mentality it’s a way of life, it’s not an attitude Persea, it’s the way you live.
It’s trying to get better every single day.
It’s not something where you live with like a bravado or anything like that. It’s just the simplest form of trying to get better at whatever it is that you’re doing.

- A trigger habit that they already have. Eg: When they wake up and have their morning caffeine fix, they work on their Side Hustle at the same time.
Three internal triggers that cue my users to action

- Uncertainty about what is the next step.
- Frustration at not being able to get traction.
