Kobe Bryant Called It…
The Mamba Mentality
The Mamba Mentality it’s a way of life, it’s not an attitude Persea, it’s the way you live.
It’s trying to get better every single day.
It’s not something where you live with like a bravado or anything like that.
It’s just the simplest form of trying to get better at whatever it is that you’re doing”

Streaks or “The Practice”
05:36 It’s streaks.
It seems really trivial. It streaks.
That inside the creator’s workshop people wrote every day for 100 days without missing a day.
And the writing isn’t the point.
Few of these people are professional writers.
One person who was in the workshop just got a major record deal from a famous record label because he did his lyrics.
He did his music he shared it.
And the average person gave and got 500 pieces of feedback a month”
And I would ask people who aren’t part of something like that when was the last time you gave and got 500 pieces of useful feedback?
We’re not supposed to do that at work we’re not supposed to do that with friends.
Where are we supposed to do that?
And it turns out if you can make a circle of five people you can do it with each other.
That is the Practice

The top 1% are Willing to Admit They Need Help
Tim Grover
Here’s what I found that they all do…
- They create a peak performance environment.
- They get and give constant feedback.
- They practice in a squad.
- They turn up every day.
- They have a coach.
The Troublemaker Squad has been specifically reverse engineered to ensure you get all of those things.
What change am I looking to make?
The Goal it to help 1000 Troublemakers take their Side Hustles past…
The Point of No Return
And one of the questions that I asked the want-to-be entrepreneurs and the actual entrepreneurs was…
Have you ever had a point-of-no-return experience?
And almost all of the want-to-be entrepreneurs said, “No.”
A lot of them hinted to the idea that they hoped to have that experience one day.
Almost all the entrepreneurs said, “Yes.”
But I was kind of surprised.
What often created a point-of-no-return experience was making a financial investment in the goal.
